Born in Geneva, Switzerland, Carol Bove currently lives in Brooklyn. Her work, involving mining memory as artistic material, was recently included in The Whitney Biennial 2008. In 2007, she exhibited with groups at the New Museum’s Unmonumental: The Object in the 21st Century, in New York, and at Ballroom Marfa in Texas. Bove has also been included in exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the Tate Modern, London. She currently has a solo exhibition at The Horticultural Society of New York and is included in a group show at the Tate Saint Ives, Cornwall.
