Kenseth Armstead’s multimedia works have been exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art, The Studio Museum in Harlem, Brooklyn Museum, MIT, and the Bronx Museum of the Arts. Armstead received a BFA from the Corcoran College of Art and an MS from Polytechnic University. He also participated in the Whitney Independent Study Program. Grants include a Pollock-Krasner Award, NYFA video fellowship, NYSCA (Individual Artist Grant, Film & Media) and a Creative Capital Grant. Last year, Armstead was a resident artist at LMCC’s Workspace, Harvestworks, and the Castle Trebesice in Prague. This year Armstead was awarded a Bronx Council on the Arts Digital Matrix Commission to produce a Spook™ website.
