Aaron Morse was born in 1974 in Tucson, Arizona. He received his BFA from the University of Arizona in 1996 and his MFA from the University of Cincinnati in 1998. Selected solo exhibitions include ACME, Los Angeles (2007, 2005, and 2003), Guild and Greyshkul, New York (2006), and the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles (2008). Selected group exhibitions include MATRIX 213: Some Forgotten Place, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Fim Archive (2004); Women Beware Women, Deitch Projects, New York (2004); and The Old, Weird America, Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (2008). He lives and works in Los Angeles.
