Israeli-born, Los Angeles-based artist Elad Lassry received a BFA in both film and video and studio art from California Institute of the Arts in 2003. He received an MFA in studio art from the University of Southern California in 2007. His first solo exhibition at Cherry and Martin in Los Angeles in 2007 was reviewed in such publications as ArtForum and Art in America. His work is included in public collections such as the Whitney Museum of American Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and The Israel Museum, Jerusalem.
